The config.log says: 

Agreeing to the Xcode/iOS license requires admin privileges, please re-run as root via sudo.

You must agree to the Xcode license. See our install page which says:

Xcode 4 and later users need to first accept the Xcode EULA by either launching Xcode or running: 

xcodebuild -license
