ports "mapm3" meets an unhanded internal error, and macports can't be updated — at Initial Version

Description
Several months ago, i installed a port "mapm3" through Mac Ports, but now when i load data into MAPMAKER/QTL, it always show: error: unable to load data from file line -200938496: data file not loaded * Drats! An unhandled internal error occured. * Error message #24 (bad quant data file) was sent.
i think it must be a internal error, so i want to update the Mac Ports, but it alway show: ~ Sophia$ port MacPorts 2.2.1 Entering interactive mode...
