dsniff is old and broken, it's dead and unmaintained upstream. You can try dsniff-devel instead, which is slightly newer. We should replace dsniff with dsniff-devel, but time constraints have prevented my from doing that so far.
However, dsniff-devel currently doesn't build either and I don't have time to fix it. That's being tracked in #45466. A patch would be very welcome here; as a first measure, I'd try building with -std=gnu89 to see if that helps.
