Description
I am trying to install ffmpeg, octave, and others, but get stuck at gmp. Other ports that do not depend on gmp install OK.
From command line:
$ sudo port clean gmp Password: ---> Cleaning gmp $ sudo port install gmp ---> Fetching distfiles for gmp ---> Verifying checksums for gmp ---> Extracting gmp ---> Applying patches to gmp ---> Configuring gmp ---> Building gmp Error: org.macports.build for port gmp returned: command execution failed Please see the log file for port gmp for details:
/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_devel_gmp/gmp/main.log
