This log is not helpful. Please upload the corresponding main.log file.

Also, mysql4 is *old*! Are you sure you want to use that? How about mysql55, which is version 5.5, or even mysql56? Or one of mariadb (based upon mysql 5.5), mariadb-10.0 or mariadb-10.1 ports, which are newer releases of MariaDB?
