Description
Installation of octave fails because the dependency pstoedit fails to build on osx 10.8.5 with XCode 5.1.1 installed. macports.conf has been adapted as recommended here https://trac.macports.org/wiki/LibcxxOnOlderSystems Macports.conf and log file are attached
