    99Just mentioning it because I realise this will come with more administrative work, but that could in large part be supported by the users of those systems. And it's also something that should be required only once, in principle.

     16IIRC, almost everything on 10.9 depends on libc++ and libc++abi one way or another (as I discovered when I tried to update these with newer versions.) Won't you detect a mismatch all the time if the same applies to libstdc++ on earlier systems?
