In the future, please use WikiFormatting for compiler output.

Also, please Cc: the maintainer of the port (port info --maintainers octave-devel-release).
Otherwise, it is far too easy for the maintainer to miss the ticket.

    11I tried to install octave-devel-release, but it failed (see below). This is on Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan, dual core i5 processor. Is there anything I can do?
