The log says: 

:info:fetch svn: E155000: Destination directory exists; please remove the directory or use --force to overwrite
:info:fetch svn: E155000: 'trunk' already exists

This is because you did not run sudo port clean clang-3.9 before trying again; please run that now, as mentioned in the ​ticket filing instructions. If it fails again, please attach the new main.log file.
