QGIS fails to compile with CHILDSTATUS error code — at Initial Version

Description
When I try to compile QGIS the installation fails with: :info:build Exit code: 2 :error:build org.macports.build for port QGIS returned: command execution failed :debug:build Error code: CHILDSTATUS 56716 2
After uninstalling all ports and MacPorts directories and reinstalling it the problem persists. I have attached the main.log file. Thanks.
