The files are not on our servers, because we are not automatically mirroring files; see #53347.

The real problem seems to be that the master servers at washington.edu that we have listed in the portfiles are not responding. Until they are back online and responding again, I can't even manually mirror the files.

    911None of the port mirrors seem to be responding, and some of them if I visit the page directly don't even have the file: texlive-bibtex-extra-44385-run.tar.xz listed as present. Is there a version mismatch somewhere?
