gmt5 installation failure — at Version 1

Hello,

I tried to install gmt5 and came up with this error. 

--->  Computing dependencies for gmt5
--->  Configuring gmt5
Error: Failed to configure gmt5: configure failure: command execution failed
Error: See /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_science_gmt5/gmt5/main.log for details.

Error: Processing of port gmt5 failed

The ".../gmt5/main.log" file is pretty long. But if anybody wants me to post what it displays, I could do that.

Please remember to use WikiFormatting and to put the port name into the Port (not Keywords) field, and to Cc the maintainer of the port. I have assigned the ticket to the maintainer of the port now.

Without seeing the main.log file, we cannot know what went wrong. Please compress it and attach it to this ticket.
