    57This did not work for me.  The file gst/gl/gl.h still does not exist.  I believe that gstreamer1-gst-plugins-base provides this only with the cocoa variant.  However in my installation it is installed with +ogg+universal.  Apparently the wine port wanted gstreamer1-gst-plugins-base to be installed with +universal but +universal disables +cocoa.
