Seems like the manifest doesn't match the tarball.

Would you do the following: 

sudo port clean --all gnuradio
sudo port install gnuradio

and, if this fails then please post the new build log. It's always best to have a clean build log that is fully complete from start (fetch) to end (activate / failure).
