    1010My Mac has the full XCode 10.0 installed, so I did not get these warnings.  I am not a MacPorts expert, but I did find discussion that full XCode is not always needed, and command tools alone are sufficient for many ports.  Other docs warn to always use the latest XCode version.  You might look into your current XCode status.  Also please check this FAQ about xcode-select:
