    1 Hmm, I just downloaded and reinstalled the latest version of Xcode and CLI tools that are compatible with Sierra, Xcode 9.2. I had installed Xcode like years ago when it still came on the OS X DVD. Reinstalling Xcode / CLI Tools did not change anything.
