     1treecc fails to build with current `makeinfo` versions due to ancient `texi` in `treecc.texi`.

     3deactivating `texinfo` lets the old `makeinfo` on some systems build it.

     5Otherwise the `treecc.texi` file could be fixed, or that part of the docs could be disabled from building.

     7`treecc` is old, and hasn't been updated in 10 years. Upstream looks dormant AFAICT.
