    22I have recently up-graded to Catalina OSX. I have followed all the instructions to migrate properly https://trac.macports.org/wiki/Migration but i encountered troubles, specifically with installing texlive.
    33I did the following steps:
    4 1) I installed X-Code new release, Version 11.1 (11A1027)
    5 2) I uninstalled all my ports
    6 sudo port -f uninstall installed; sudo rm -rf /opt/local/var/macports/build/*
    7 3) I installed I downloaded and installed https://github.com/macports/macports-base/releases/download/v2.6.2/MacPorts-2.6.2-10.15-Catalina.pkg
    8 4) I updated my ports sudo port -v selfupdate
    9 5) I installed sudo port -v install xorg-server which has been successful
    10 6) Then I tried to install texlive sudo port -v install texlive

     73. I installed I downloaded and installed https://github.com/macports/macports-base/releases/download/v2.6.2/MacPorts-2.6.2-10.15-Catalina.pkg
     84. I updated my ports `sudo port -v selfupdate`
     95. I installed `sudo port -v install xorg-server` which has been successful
     106. Then I tried to install texlive `sudo port -v install` texlive
    1111with no success.

    1313I already tried 3 times to complete all the preceeding steps with no success.... So if someone could explain to me what I am doing wrong or if anyone is experiencing the same hurdles please tell me.
