    4 Yes - we just want to achieve a build of {{{transcode}}}. The failure of {{{clang-7.0}}} is just a hurdle in the way.

    6 Clearly this is a dependency but I am unable to fathom where it fits in and whether it can circumvented in some way (as you can tell, my skills are very basic).
     3The build came good after running {{{port uninstall leaves}}} which presumably cleared the necessary {{{clang-7.0}}} issue.
