You need to do what it says and manually install the +qt5 variant for vtk. Ports cannot depend on another port with a non-default variant.

    1 I am trying to upgrade or reinstall libpcl.  But, it's failing due to a dependency on vtk.  It seems to be trying to install the default vtk, but then requires vtk +qt5 which fails to build https://trac.macports.org/ticket/61840
