Description
The GEOPOLY extension is an interface to the RTREE extension allowing for point in polygon and similar querying using 2D polygons. It is part of the sqlite3 project, with a small footprint.
This can be accomplished by setting -DSQLITE_ENABLE_GEOPOLY, see attached patch (first time submitter, not sure about the version #). Alternatively, SQLite 3.36.0 will be coming out soon-ish, it could easily be applied then.
