    9 there seems to be a race condition in some build attempts for clang. Marcus disabled parallel_building one time to get past this -- but as it only happens to me 1 / 100 times  I build clang, and because building clang-12 without parallel building takes about 1.2 years, I re-enabled it again.

    1111If you know how to properly fix the race condition, I'm sure upstream would be delighted. I have no idea, myself.
