ragel rev-upgrade and/or install:
Error: Failed to activate colm: Image error: /opt/local/lib/libfsm.a is being used by the active ragel port. Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate colm' to force the activation.
This appears to be an upstream issue.
