Description
I have modified frotz so that it uses macports ncurses instead of apple's: it goes better for non ascii character. Plus I have corrected the homepage.

Not all changes in the attached diff were applied. A dependency on ncurses was added in r30512, but frotz doesn't actually use it because the changes were not made to the Makefile (see #16335). Also the destroot simplification was not applied (see #16337). The homepage and download location were changed in r30505 (see #12334).
