Description
To use AqBanking within a Cocoa application without having MacPorts installed we need a variant for building AqBanking with enabled local installation mode. In this mode AqBanking searches its data, locale and sysconfig locally / relatively to the application:

To link AqBanking statically we need static libraries in addition to the dynamic ones.
