Description
Error in linking phase. Looks like missing core C++ library.
All ports built with macports. Latest python2.5 installed (via macports).
Build log in attach.

Shogun port has been updated to 0.7.3. Soeren did a lot of work on this release to make the compile process smooth on osx/macports. I have also recently updated the atlas which will resolve other issues with shogun.
In short, closing ticket as no longer valid. Please attempt the new shogun port install:
sudo port install shogun
