libcryptopp selective architecture compile

Description

Need to modify GNUmakefile of this port (perhaps with a patch) to use the build_arch specified in macports.conf.

I think that, because of GNUmakefile starts with CXXFLAGS = ..., it will overwrite CXXFLAGS set by port command.
