Here's a pretty straightforward portfile for the qpdf pdf manipulation tool (hosted at SourceForge).

Thanks. Note there's no category called "pdf"; I'll put this in "textproc". Note also that if you are not a MacPorts committer, the maintainers line must be your full email address (preferably in the obfuscated format documented in the guide).

I see we do have three ports listed in "pdf" as a secondary category, so I'll do that for qpdf as well.

qpdf is committed in r73217.
