Description

Regina REXX (port:rexx) is failing to build with an error in "command_exec build".

I have performed a clean, a clean --dist, and a rebuild, and the problem persists. If you attempt to build again after the error, the build succeeds but critical files (specifically, libregina.dylib) are not installed.

Also, to be clear: I have done a sync and a selfupdate and the problem persists.

I have confirmed that adding 

use_parallel_build  no

results in a clean build.

Fixed in r73595 by disabling parallel building.
