im getting this error code

@wiking: Can vxl be run with ffmpeg? The dependency can be rewritten to accept both ffmpeg and ffmpeg-devel.

Ryan actually added the ffmpeg-devel dependency, it wasn't in the patch submitted by wiking.

I don't appear to have left myself any notes in #24654 about why I chose ffmpeg-devel instead of ffmpeg. Maybe ffmpeg didn't work at the time, but it seems to now, so I've allowed either, in r79346.
