jove @4.16.0.70 fails to build

Description

Jove does not build with Darwin 10.7.x (tested 10.7.0/1/2). Here the terminal output: 

u-080-c235:jove4.16.0.70 kohlbach$ sudo port install jovePassword:

Seems to be some header conflict around getline (some ugly protoype defs in jove/io.h).
