R fails to build on snow leopard

Description

The first error appears to be on tuklib_integer.h. I have attached the log. The current log is for variant +aqua but I have tried without it.

Maintainer here: I don't have Snow Leopard and have not been able to reproduce this bug. There is an update to the R port in #31513. Hopefully that will fix the problem.

Maintainer here: I tested R 3.0.0 (with default variants) on Snow Leopard and it works.
