It looks like various other tickets for this port have remained in "new" state without any response from the maintainer for several months:

  • #31569 -- update to 1.5.2 (submitted 10/11/11)
  • #30699 -- update python dependency to 2.7 (submitted 08/10/11)
  • #29385 -- update to 1.5.1 (submitted 05/06/11)
