txt2tags update to 2.6

Description

Just noticed that txt2tags has no maintainer and is sitting at version 2.5

Version 2.6 has been out since Nov, 2010

I've assigned myself as the maintainer and updated the Portfile to version 2.6

Committed in r90137. I also changed the checksum types to rmd160 and sha256, and indicated that this port does not install any architecture-specific files.
