Updates to gtk-mac-bundler

The attached patch performs the following

• Use github PortGroup
• Update version to latest git revision
• Add openmaintainer

In the future, please fill in the Port field.

We like to stick with stable released versions, is there a reason you want to move to a specific git revision?

There is a couple of commits more recent than the latest 0.7.3 release to properly deal with pango and pixbuf. Also, the last commit deals with the fact that libssl and libcrypto in macports are not writeable.

Would a single patch with the commits more recent than the latest release be better?

I would say that is the normal way things are done in such a case. So yes, with a note that they be removed in the next version.

With the new patch:

• the version is set to 0.7.3
• there is a new patch to add the commits between 0.7.3 and 2014.02.24
