Description
This patch will:
- Install the docs for this port in ${prefix}/share/doc/${portname}
- Patch (reinplace) the binary so that it correctly knows about the txt2html.dict installed in
${prefix}/share/${portname} - It is currently set to /usr/share/misc.
- Removes the dependency on root to install.
