libgdiplus 1.1.9.2 doesn't compile because of a missing dependency on fontconfig: 

configure: error: Cairo requires at least one font backend.
                  Please install freetype and fontconfig, then try again:
                  http://freetype.org/  http://fontconfig.org/

configure: error: /bin/sh './configure' failed for cairo

Error: The following dependencies failed to build: libgdiplus
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
