BUG: base-1.4.3 - port livecheck doesn't verify if $homepage is defined

Description

If "port livecheck" is called passing a port that doesn't define $homepage, the following error is displayed: 

DEBUG: Executing com.apple.livecheck (cups-headers)
DEBUG: Portfile modification date is Sat Jan 20 09:32:34 CET 2007
DEBUG: Port (livecheck) version is 1.1.15
Error: Target com.apple.livecheck returned: can't read "homepage": can't unset "PortInfo(homepage)": no such element in array
Warning: the following items did not execute (for cups-headers): com.apple.livecheck
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

This can easily happen when executing i.e. "sudo port livecheck installed".
