Description

While installing evince on a clean system, the configure phase of avahi fails because it can't find the Python's GTK module: 

checking for python script directory... ${prefix}/lib/python2.4/site-packages
checking for python extension module directory... ${exec_prefix}/lib/python2.4/site-packages
checking for python module gtk... no
configure: error: Could not find Python module gtk
