Description
We need a new neon version in order to update subversion to a non-obsolete version.
New complete portfile being attached later as cvs is broken.

Ok if we update neon we break the current subversion. I'd upgrade subversion but in order to do that we need an unreleased version of apr and apr-util. Since CVS checkouts are rather frowned upon, I'm tabling this (and bug #1087) until apr and apr-util hit 0.9.5.
