Description: TEMPO (Topographic Eeg Mapping PrOgram) is open source software for 3D visualization of brain electrical activity. TEMPO accepts EEG file in standard EDF format and creates animated sequence of topographic maps. Topographic maps are generated over 3D head model and user is able to navigate around head and examine maps from different viewpoints. Most mapping parameters are adjustable through appropriate graphical user interface controls. Also, individual topographic maps could be saved in PNG format for future examination or publishing.

A caveat:
This will not build on a clean install of DarwinPorts, because of an issue with dependencies.
When libxslt gets built (because of tempo's libgnome dependency), it will often use the system libxml2 (/usr/lib), instead of installing the DarwinPorts version.
This is easily resolved by installing libxml2 by hand first. I've spoken to some folks in IRC about it, and apparently something is wrong with the way port is handling dependencies.
