gvim script does always fork

Description

The gvim script (from ticket:14620) always fork.

This does not honor gvim "-f" switch and makes it unusable as $EDITOR.

Sorry, this is a outstanding for long now. If you are able to provide a better wrapper script, feel free to attach it here and I will look into committing it.

GVim.app can not handle more than one window and therefore not forking can lead to problems. I recommend to use the port MacVim instead of vim-app as it offers a better graphical vim for Mac OS X which also handles multiple windows.
