Description
Patch to include a +puredarwin variant so that the resulting binary can run on PureDarwin, where proprietary frameworks and libraries are not available

Ack, this patch is necessary on Darwin OS...
Alternatively, could use platform macosx on:
configure.args \
--with-old-mac-fonts
To make it work on non-darwin platforms too.

./configure --help says AppleTypeService will only be enabled if available, so I assume that means it's not necessary to add --without-ats.
I'll put --with-old-mac-fonts in a platform macosx section as Anders suggested.
