Clojure port change including script change and new variant

Hi!
I added a few things to this port in addition to moving up to 20090320.
1) for the existing port and jline variant, you can now provide a file name as an argument, and clj will run the script instead of REPL. 2) added a +rlwrap variant which adds tab completion and parenthesis matching within the REPL.
