cdrdao-1.2.2 Won't build on Snow Leopard

Description

On Snow Leopard, cdrdao fails to build. I tracked it down to this error: 

scsi-mac-iokit.c:62:45: error: IOKit/scsi-commands/SCSITaskLib.h: No such file or directory

Using a patch (stolen from the cdrtools port) clears up the problem. See attachments for details.
