Port not fully installed?

Hi,

I'm trying to install transfig, which appeared to install fine with the sudo port install transfig command. However, I can't use any of the commands (I just get a `command not found' error). Is there something I have to do to compile or run it? If I do a port contents transfig, I come up with some .gz files (listed below) - do they need to be unzipped? All the steps I've done with output are listed below.
