case insensitivity problems with bibtool

Description
port install bibtool appears to work even though the port is named BibTool. However, uninstalling or upgrading the port will fail, because apparently files are not registered correctly (uninstall left /opt/local/bin/bibtool and data files untouched, so the upgrade complains that it does not want to overwrite unregistered files)

Are you sure you're using 1.8.1? I thought we fixed this in 1.7.0...
