Description: Tomcat is the servlet container that is used in the official
Reference Implementation for the Java Servlet and JavaServer Pages technologies. The Java Servlet and JavaServer Pages specifications are developed by Sun under the Java Community Process. This project provides the servlet and jsp api jars from Tomcat 5.
In order to break circular dependencies in the Tomcat build and dependent components, this port factors out the components used by other ports (commons-el, for instance).

Rename this port to be consistent with port servlet23-api (coming) which represents the Java Servlet 2.3 api.

This port should be servlet24-api. Note too that the jars should be installed as: servlet24-api.jar and jsp2-api.jar.
