netpbm still failing to build

Description

Despite r75221 in ticket #27997 netpbm is still failing to build with the same message as before: 

info:build 	     -I/opt/local/include -O3 -arch x86_64   -o pnmtopng.o pnmtopng.c
:info:build pnmtopng.c:67:2: error: #error Your PNG library (<png.h>) is incompatible with this Netpbm source code.
:info:build pnmtopng.c:68:2: error: #error You need either an older PNG library (older than 1.4)
:info:build pnmtopng.c:69:2: error: #error newer Netpbm source code (at least 10.48)

I have run port selfupdate today as well to make sure I had the new patch information. Can someone please help?

Just built for me on one machine after a selfupdate/upgrade outdated. Trying build on another system.

Deactivating libpng and forcing reinstall of libpng 1.4.5_0 solved the problem. netpbm is now seeing the patch and is building correctly.
