Inkscape fails to build on pdf-parser.cpp

Description

Like the title says, I’m getting an error in pdf-parser.cpp. I’ll attach the full log, but here are the relevant lines:

Same as ticket #28247 (needs upgrade to Inkscape 0.48.1 to ​build with poppler >= 0.15.1)
